Vintage Walt Disney Productions Dumbo Elephant Gold Pen

I received this pen as a gift in the early 70’s.
There is a marking on the ball that looks like SFK, below the Walt Disney Productions lettering.
The pen does NOT work, and the tip is marked Bic.
There are a few spots where the gold has rubbed off. Please see pictures.
