This Pen is Stamped "SECRETARY PEN CO. UNION NJ USA".
This Pen is Cracked And That is Why The Cap Comes off Fast. The Plastic on The Pen Side Also has A Chip on it.
After The Cap is Removed, you Can Then See The Pen Cracked off That Use to Go inside The Cap.
I Believe The Cracked Plastic Piece Might Still Be inside The Cap.
The Pen Looks Complete When The Cap is Back on The Pen, you only Notice The Crack When The Cap is 100% Removed From The Pen.
The Mechanical Twist Works Fine. This is a Working Pencil.
The Floating Flying V Balloon Inside The Pen Works Fine And Floats To Each Side When Pen is on Angle.
