What happens if a product is damaged while in transit?

Any physical damage while in transit will be covered by the seller's DOA policy and will be replaced free of charge. Any misuse/physical damage of the product while in the customer's possession will void all and any warranty.
For reliable delivery of your purchase we use UPS, USPS and FedEx. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. We can only ship to the address listed on your order due to eBay policies.
