Description
This encased 1920 U. S. cent was produced as a good luck piece, and it advertised the Willys Knight Overland dealership in Hoboken, New Jersey, owned by Alexander Zubalsky. It consists of a U. S. Lincoln cent encased in an aluminum 'collar.' The 'heads' side of the collar has good luck symbols (horseshoe and four-leaf clover) and the wordsKEEP ME AND NEVER GO BROKE I BRING GOOD LUCK
. The other side of the collar has the words
WILLYS KNIGHT OVERLAND DEALER AL. ZUBALSKY TEL. 2854 HOBOKEN, N. J.
The diameter is approximately 33 mm (1-5/16")
