    Lesotho 1986/8 Bird Kestrel 15s on 1s 1981 printing surcharge double top 2 rows, with vertical crease/fold through 5th row, resulting in doubling of overprint on 4 stamps, one having extra bar variety, also double one reversed on 4 stamps (unlisted), very fine unmounted mint. Spectacular piece, probably unique. SG 716, 716c, 716ca, 716cb.
