2.We do not accept return due to slight scratches.Return only could be accepted due to quality problem：Such as Cooktops frame damaged, could not use normally even after changed the parts .
3.If you need return due to the above problems ,pls help to take photos of the damaged item,and send them to us ,then we could go ahead to handle your return much sooner.But if you have problem such as accessories less or missing, contact us and we would send you the replacements.
