!! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, as I HAVE IMPORTANT DETAILS TO OFFER !!
I have owned these fryers for about 20 years; we used them for several years to run football game concessions, selling blooming onions, funnel cakes, deep fried potato wedges, etc.
These are HIGH VOLUME, highest capacity fryers from Belshaw
    and have been
    converted to PROPANE
for field use (we used them on a trailer).  Each will hold either 12 blooming onions, or 12 funnel cakes SIMULTANEOUSLY, and you can reasonably turn out one of each every 30 seconds with no compromise in the 375F shortening temperature.
    PLEASE BE INFORMED
that it takes about 2-1/2 big 35# jugs of shortening to fill these up to usable liquid height, so it's right around 0 to get up and running.  Therefore, unless you're looking at running a BIG RIG, these units are just too big.
If you look at the pictures closely, one of them will appear to have a displaced cover/top -- this is because we reversed the mounting of the top in order to run the units beside each other, with the side tables set up as opposing sense.  It can be returned to its default position from the factory -- I just didn't do it.
Shown in the pictures is a custom-made propane line set that merged FOUR tanks into a single pressure regulator, that then T-d out to supply both fryers.  If you buy BOTH units, this line set will be provided FREE with the purchase price.  If they end up sold separately, I will keep/sell the line set as a different auction, I suppose.  Note that the line set is valved, so that you can change tanks on the fly, and also take a fryer out of service, with the other still running.  These fryers will NOT adequately fire on a single propane tank -- there is not enough surface area for the liquid propane to boil off and provide the necessary vapor pressure that each fryer demands.  You must have a two-tank setup; and volume (size) of the tanks does not matter.  While a couple small grill tanks will work to run these, you would be OUT OF GAS in about 2 hours running the small tanks.  If you are running a 3 day weekend event you should figure FOUR (4) of the 100 gallon propane tanks into your financial estimates.
These are already banded onto pallets, with edge protectors, etc. for shipping to anywhere in the country.  They will ship R&L Carriers, with lift-gate service at destination if needed, on my company account.  I will bill you the exact shipping cost, and I have the BEST DISCOUNTING you will ever find, as we use them daily for our palletized shipping needs.  So, no worries about getting them to you.  I have seen other listings say that shipping will run about 0 (each), but this varies.  I'd say east of the Mississippi would be maybe 0, then getting higher going west up to maybe 0 (each) to CA, or way down into FL or up to ME.
PLEASE NOTE that I checked "Local Pickup" because E-Bay is NOT letting me enter or select FREIGHT shipping, even though it threw an error telling me to show the freight shipping once it saw the 200 Lb weight -- you just can't make this up.
IMPORTANT!! E-Bay only provides handling times up to 3 days, and I doubt we will meet this on the shipping, because they are stored in an unattended garage, so that pickup must be coordinated with R&L, and their terminal is also a 2 hour drive from the location of the fryers.  Give us perhaps a week to get these headed out to you.
Finally (Whew!) -- If these end up somewhere within 250 miles of either side of I-77 (running from Cleveland down to Charlotte -- the whole line), I'd be happy to come to your location once you're setup and have scheduled an event presence, and train your crew on how to make funnel cakes and more importantly, blooming onions EVERY BIT AS GOOD as Outback Steak House.  There's a bit of art to it.  Yes, I have the onion blooming apparatus, but that's NOT for sale as we still make them in a propane turkey cooker (one at a time, insert sad face here).  You'll have to buy that; when I bought a bloomer 20 years ago, it was about 0.
THANKS for reading this booklet -- but an informed buyer is a happy buyer, and I want this to be RIGHT and GOOD for whomever the new proud owner ends up being.  At the right event, you will make in PROFIT in a single long weekend what you're paying for these cookers.
Approximate numbers:  .50 cost per blooming onion (includes onion, shortening, mix, and propane), sell for .00 (can probably get .00 but I've never been greedy); that's .50 PROFIT and figure that happens every 30 seconds.  So at a 3 day event, open 10 hours per day, your line will NEVER STOP, so that's about ,000 GROSS PROFIT in a good weekend, not counting venue fees, your labor costs, etc. but if you don't NET ,000 I'd be shocked.  We often netted 00 over a 4 hour well attended football game on a COLD evening.  Don't ever sell blooming onions if the temperature is above 75 degrees.
I'm finding it for 2.75x this price on-line NEW if that's your fancy.
