    Description

    A great looking vintage
    AIR CANADA
flight menu.  An 1890 photo of Quebec City’s Breakneck Stairs appears on the menu’s cover. The photo was taken by William Notman (1826-1891).
The menu is circa 1980. There is no indication as to the flight’s class but with menu items such as crayfish mazarin, young hare pie, smoked salmon and beef tenderloin forestiere, it is assumed that this is a First Class menu.
The code “CDG 1-480” appears at the bottom of one of the menu pages.
The menu cover measures 7-1/2” x 12” and is in VERY GOOD condition with light cover wear.
