    Processing Time
    We understand our customers want their products as soon as possible. Therefore, our team tries to process orders as quickly as possible. Processing Time usually takes 1-2 business days.     Shipping
    As a courtesy to our customers, we provided free shipping on all orders! Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. We have warehouses nationwide, therefore most orders reach our customers within 2 to 5 business days from the time of the order processed. Weekend or Holiday orders will be shipped out the following business day. Shipping only available within the Contiguous United States (48 states) excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be posted!
    Returns
    We are sorry if our products did not turn out as expected! One of AMRPOS's goals is to provide the best quality product to our customers. If you have any concerns, please contact us before returning an order/item; we will try our best to resolve any issues. However, if we did not reach our goal, then simply return the order/item within 15 days of order purchase. To be eligible for return, your order/item must be unused and in the same condition when delivered. The order/item must be either in the original packaging or double boxed and must have proof of order/item attached. Return shipping costs will come at the expense of the customer unless there is a significant error on our behalf. No used merchandise will be accepted back at AMRPOS.
